Delivery times

• Within Canada: approximately 8–10 business days.
• International orders: approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.
• Rural or remote areas may require an additional 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather or customs clearance.

Custom products require five additional business days for production.

Store pickup

Store pickup is available. Choose pickup at checkout when offered, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Your pickup location and instructions appear with your order.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Regular items

We offer exchanges only on regular items within 21 days of delivery, or collection for pickup orders.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Items must be in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

To arrange an exchange, email offstreakofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Customized products

Customized products are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email offstreakofficial@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can help. Check our refund policy for the reporting period and replacement details.

Follow these care instructions to help maintain your garment and print:

• Wash inside out with a neutral detergent, at 30°C / 86°F or below.
• Avoid soaking, bleaching and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
• Iron, steam or tumble dry on low heat only, following the garment care label.
• Do not iron directly on prints or graphics.
